To enhance her services and to reduce the running and administrative costs, Wonen Limburg cooperates closely together with her partners in the business chain for the repair and maintenance activities. This cooperation demands a different way of IT support. That’s why Wonen Limburg chose AeTRIUM of AEPEX and during the transformation process AeTRIUM had to prove its flexibility. The internal administration had to change, more specifically the administration of customer contacts demanded a more flexible way of support. Wonen Limburg currently uses AeTRIUM to its full satisfaction.
In this presentation, AEPEX showed that AeTRIUM contains this flexibility, which is now realized at Wonen Limburg. It fully supports the social housing corporation in delivering a high quality service level and a cost reduction at the same time.
